Fun Times!

Here is a picture of our little chef in training! Doesn't she look cute!

Here is Em and El in the window of their bed. They are having so much fun with their new bed.

Outdoor fun!! El on the swing outside.

Just chillin'. Did you notice the Aggie Crocs? She absolutely loves them. Grandma and Papa gave them to her this past weekend and she ask every morning to put them on. She says "crocs, mommy, crocs!" She use to wear Em's around the house, now she has her own.

That red dot on her check is where a mosquito bit her. She gets these big whelps whenever she is bit. They swell up and look horrible.

Success

Well the doll house bed has been a big success. The girls just love it! El is transitioning to sleeping on the bottom with Em. She has done quite well. And Em even wants to sleep in her bed and take a nap in the afternoons.

Tonight we were listening to them/watching them on the monitor and Em was singing; "Yes, Jesus loves you, yes, Jesus loves you, El Grace Jesus loves you the Bible tells me so." Then we hear El's version of the song. Just too cute.

I spent most of the day today cleaning out closets and combining Em and El's closet. I got clothes washed that was passed down for "the boy with no name." (baby #3) His room is coming along nicely, The clothes are done and now all I have to do is decorate it, put bedding on and make a cover for the changing table. El was a little confused when she had to go to Em's old room to get her new diaper and PJ's tonight.

We are planning on having a garage sale next weekend. I am amazed at how much junk you can collect. Once I get this stuff out of my house it is going to be wonderful!!

New Bed

We decided to get the girls a doll house bed. We went looking for beds 2 weekends ago and couldn't find anything that we liked. We were looking for 2 white twin beds, but didn't like what we found. We really liked the ones they had at Ashley Furniture, but they were cream and not white. So we came home and B-Dad looked on the internet for white beds and came across this Doll House Bed. He did some research and found it on Ebay for $400 less than the website, and they had free shipping. Which was great because this bed weighs 600 lbs. They started shipping it last Friday and we got it on Thursday. It came from Washington. They emailed us every day to let us know where it was located. B-Daddy started putting it together Thursday night and we finished it Friday night. The instructions have you put it together on the beds side and then you have to turn it up. So we had to wait till we could get some help.

Here is El watching B-daddy carry all the parts into the house.

Finished Product, This bed has a twin on the top and a full on the bottom.

Pig Tails and Sister Loving.

I put El's hair in pig tails yesterday. I was a little off on the center and that made one pig longer than the other. I stay ok till after Bible Study. She looks totally different with her hair up!

I thought that this was too cute. Em and El were sitting on their couch eating crackers. El was sitting really close to Em and Em had her arm around her. Too Cute!

Last week of Swimming Lessons

Here is some pictures of Em's last week of swimming lessons. She absolutly loved them. I think having a friend in her class helped.

Got to love the tongue!

First Friday Carriage Ride

I am attempting to catch up on my blogging, so here it goes!

We took the girls to First Friday activities. We tried to ride the carriage in March, but the weather put a damper on the activities. They cancelled the Carriage ride. So Em wasn't too happy, she had her heart set on riding. I showed her the pictures of the horse and carriage on the Internet and she was ready, but we were not able to ride in March. So we promised her that we would take her in April. A month is a long time for a 3.5 year old. And let me tell you that she didn't forget, nor did I expect her too. She was excited when she say it coming up and El kept squealing and pointing at the horse. The girls absolutely loved every bit of it. They were so excited.

Here is El watching B-Daddy make a cabinet for our hall bathroom. We have been wanting one in the bathroom over the toilet for awhile. He has is all done except the doors and painting it. El had fun watching and sitting in her chair.
