We went to my parents this past weekend for Thanksgiving. On Saturday we went to the Grant Christmas Tree farm in Grant La. They sell trees, which we didn't buy, but we went for the hot homemade biscuits, syrup, gravy, and sausage. The girls also got the ride a donkey, feed the goats, watch the mule churn the sugar cane so they can make pure cane syrup, and watch how they make the syrup in a large pot. They also had hay rides, and a horse drawn carriage ride,but we didn't get to do that. Here are some pictures from our trip.

Signs of a fun day! Worn out at the table. Em was coloring at the table with Brey. She told Brey she was tired and the next thing we knew she was out!
